Fitness Options

Outside - well there is the great outdoors. Hikes and walks of light to extreme ability for fitness diehards. The Atlantic Ocean and local beaches are a 5 to 10 minute walk from the doorstep, and the house has a large deck with harbour views for outdoor yoga or tai chi. 

Winter activities - great snowmobiling trails - well groomed. Lots of snowshoeing on the ‘woods’ roads and snowmobile trails.

Summer activities - the beaches, the trails, hikes and just lazing about listening to the ocean and watching the whales and icebergs.
